Horrible, waste of money poor service and unsafe stay far away
Nothing poor firstly the rooms showers are knee high, at stages we had no water to shower or bath in the rooms, rooms are very unsafe as the broke into my friends room while they were sleeping inside and stole all their electronic equipment, jewellery and other stuff. On complaint to the manager they said we should refer to rule 11 that states you should not leave valuable's un attended we could not understand as my friends were sleeping in the room when it happened they have safes in the rooms that are worth nothing as it does not work. Lots of boats and people as the jetty in front of the rooms are used for island hopping

Ticks all the boxes without being too expensive.
Position of the Villa was overlooking the beach with a good size balcony. Plenty to see during the day with lots of water sports. Good sized swimming pool nearby. Price included breakfast with good selection of Philippine food. Hotel not far from airport so used hotel several times at beginning and end of holidays.

My girlfriends family enjoyed the place very much, so it served its purpose.
I had 6 rooms reserved for my girlfriend and her family, it was a great place to meet them and let the kids run around and have fun. Rooms were nice enough, a few ants now and then. Conditions could have been better with a little effort from the staff to clean up a little more.
I did not like that many of the locals used the small cove area for bathing and some as the toilet. It kept me from swimming there. Early each morning you would see people wading into the water to drop the shorts and take a crap. Someone needs to be there to prevent this.

Basic rundown place
The dirt on the walls , the doors, and not to be able to see the sea b cause the windows are too dirty ! Not worth coming to Mactan and stay in this place, it is not value for money and more over you have to ask for your official receipt if you want one ! It says it all ...
The dirt , the terrible noise, screams and karaoke at 8am !
